legacy items are for collection purpose only. Not sure if there are collectors whom are willing to pay for it so the price is hard to tell, but I don't think it is an item with a sky-high-price. (Honestlly I'm not even willing to pay 50k for it)

Elementalist Gloves: Hard to say. Maybe it would sell in a shop, but probably not in auction

Shades: Probably have a little value
Leather: Probably not

I think the core is the most valuable, yes. But you could see if someone wants to buy it in a shop for 20k or so.
