Pants? Probably not much, but it's nearly Peerless EDB and very good rolls all around, and low level. All of this adds to its value. Hard to say for sure. I would guess somewhere between 50k-500k if it goes to auction.

both will sell in auction. Fenrir is nice for lower level mage, heimdall always sells and this one will also sell. But this one will not sell for a high price: stats are too low and charged isn't that desirable.

the value is in the core. But peerless cores aren't tradable. So you'll have to sell it now, before season ends. In the last auction, for instance, or just in WTB/WTS. It's worth about 500k I think

yeah 500-600k persistent credits. You could ask for ISK if you prefer, but persistent is the default for trading isekai equipment.

The phase shoes would be useful for a beginner mage for sure. The staff, I'm skeptical but possibly? The wakizashi is definitely useful, both for dual wielding and 1h mage. The leather pieces are only worth the cores from salvaging.
