no. Ethereal staff is always worthless. there is no void magic in HV. The cotton could be used by a starting mage, but it would not sell because of the low dark prof.
useful for Dual Wield style. Stats are low, which makes it less valuable. But also the level is low, which makes it a bit more valuable. I guess this could sell for 50-100k to a low level player?

Arctic doesn't match with Freyr, so useless (scrap for value = 1 HGC + 1 Leg.Core, i.e. about 40k at current core price)
