2nd one is quite good, all the important rolls are fairly high and it's SDE. but with how saturated the shield market is, I doubt you're getting more than a few M. the 1st one is worse but usable. whether you can sell it or not depends on luck.

Rapiers: both are pretty decent and will fetch 50-100k or so? Sellable.
Magnificent shortsword: a bit high level for a magnificent. I don't think this will sell....
Waki's of slaughter usually don't sell. It's pretty decent, but most prefer waki of nimble, or rapier / shortsword of slaughter
Staff: salvage

2. yes. Excellent for that level. Sell in shop to low level players, or auction (but you need more luck there)
3. yes, waki has some value because of low level, but not much. Better sell in a shop.
4. maybe. magnificent waki is not the most desirable. I think this will not sell but I may be too pessimistic.
5. yes, because of the level this is sellable. Not super expensive, but still sellable in a shop
6. maybe, it's very useful as a temporary piece for low level players. But not expensive. Sell in shop.
7. Good item, a decent radiant surtr at low level. This will sell in auction.
8. Mganificent leather has not much value. I don't think this will sell even at that level, but I must admit that the level is very very low. but it's magnificent, so my guess is 'no value'.

1. Such low level means it's quite rare. And that makes it valuable. You need to find the right low-level player for it, so best to sell in a shop on WTS.
2. Very useful for DW. And such good ADB! Yes this should have value. You just need to wait until the right DW player comes along
3. Good katana, relatively low level. This can be used for niten style.
4.this power of warding is a bit higher level already. This may sell in a shop. Savage help, people seem to like that.
5. magnificent rapier with great ADB: yes, this may still sell at that level.

So, all have sell value, congrats! Setting the right price in a shop can be hard, of course... But the market for low level equip is volatile, so I can't help you with setting the exact price I'm afraid.

the last 2, the legendaries, are good. Especially the Freyr is a valuable piece.
most of the magnificents have limited value. Perhaps those close to level 200, they will sell in a low-level shop, and the power of protection perhaps? That plain plate is certainly worthless. The shade of shadowdancer has some value, that may sell. And I think that nobody is using shielding plate at that level, so my guess is that you can't sell them. But I may be wrong.

I don't think this needs a start price, this will sell and if not, then it'll be untradable the next day.
