the legendary cotton is worth salvage for core+high-grade cloth
the waki and the shadowdancer could be sellable
I don't see any value in the others

1st one has perfect IW, and foging, and decent stats, and such low level.... hard to say, 10m?
2nd one should be a lot cheaper: no IW, no forging, and mediocre stats. Stil a legendary matching staff, though. 500k?
Radiant mjolnir, dude that's low level. No clue. Talk t the owner.

However:I wonder why you would want to own these items? What's your goal? To clear arenas faster? In that case, you'll be quite disappointed. Low-level mage does work, but a good DW set or 1h set will outperform it. Better to wait until you've unlocked all imperil upgrades, or at least the one that unlocks at level 310.

But if you just enjoy playing mage, trying to survive, and taking your time clearing arenas carefully, then low-level mage is your thing of course.

shield looks decent for self-use if you plan to switch to 1h. cap, just as a placeholder to boost some stats. though you'll want to switch to leather or plate (i personally suggest leather at such low levels)
