both cap worth something, at least can sell in auction. the staff worth nothing more than a staff core I think, anyway some players are buying useless staff for core now so you can also sent it to auction

Nope.

At that level, the Legendary Mithril Kite Shield of Protection with SDE has its uses.
You can quite easily sell it to another low level player if you dont use it yourself, even if not for too much. Still more then a HGW, I reckon.
