500 Soulfrags won't be enough to soulfuse it, though. Only Legendaries lower or equal to your level cost 500, for items higher then your level there is like a penalty, 10 additional Soulfragments for each level of difference.

2. it's untradable, so it can't have value
3. arcanist is not very good for shade, fleet and especially shadowdancer are much more useful
