The rapier is worth a lot, could go up to a million in auction. The power boots of slaughter will likely be bought in auction. For plate, only shielding is worth anything, and even then you may need luck to find a buyer.

It’s not good for long term use. Because at lower levels you might have mana problems it can be useful, but everyone’s aim will be to kill faster and can fix their mana problems with draughts, potions, and elixirs so ultimately the equip will quickly outlive it’s usefulness.

This is a very nice piece and would be worth a good amount in Super's auction (5-10mil, maybe more if there's a bidding war) based on past results with similar quality items. You'll probably receive low offers in PM, beware of scammers.
