So, as you can see you can get minimum 1 million for this staff, but do not forget that your drop has low level (more customer here) and very good stats. useless suffix, usually mage would not use any of the following suffixes: protection, warding, earth-walker, curse-weaver.
slight exception for charged/frugal curse-weaver (some people buy those, maybe for grinding depre proficiency)

My opinion on its worth would be <50k.
I don't use clubs but i know people mostly only look for club with slaughter suffix, since its usually used in the mainhand rather than offhand.
So i don't think its very sellable.
However, ur equipment is bounded to quite a low level (its hard to find a decent weapon at low levels), so some people might possibly be interested in it.

market is quite strange. nowadays even 4-digits adorned (that only a while ago would've been worth an arm and a leg) are unsellable. Savage negation isn't bad on its own, it's only part of the many kind of things that are definitely undervalued...
