I had a couple of low level monsters pop up myself.
First time ever to see that.

I'm thinking a lower level player has picked up on HV-Scan and is actively using it.
If that's the case, every monster the guy sees shows up in yellow.

There's a zero-player game called Godville that has tons of funny user-made names for basically everything from items, monsters, quests, equipment etc. All proposed names have to go through multiple rounds of voting and approval though so only funny names make it through.

The default attack names for a wind elemental are Storm Wave, Storm Blast, and Storm Field.
I'm technically guessing as I don't have wind elemental above level 200, but lv1 elemental attack names all end with Wave.

I need some serious work on my attacks though. I'm way behind, and the number is overwhelming.
I'm working on it though.
It's just really time consuming while still trying to do all the arenas per day.
