Nothing as of now. However, you don't regen out of battle and have to pay the healer. If you run when your HP is low and space your grindfest trips out by about 10-15 minutes (go do something with the galleries, post in the forums, etc.) you can make a straight profit from HV.

You do, in fact, regen outside of battle, whether you lose or run. What you get back all depends on your regen rates, though.
