Second that. I used it for listing view too. Cause sometime it took 1-2 sec to load 1 pic for my isp, it's better to load it before hand than to move the mouse over and wait 1-2 sec every line. (especially when you have to browse through a lot of them.)

Kind of sucks for people that put a lot of hath into more favorites if they're poor on EH-money, but the updates seem overall good.

Awesome removing the favorites limit. The limit seemed arbitrary in the first place.

Oh yes OH YES. Even though I was still only 1/5th of the way towards my favorites limit I've always been worried about hitting it eventually, especially now that I realized I should use it properly instead of just putting things in a favorites folder in my computer. The new ratings system is also amazing to properly organize things even further too on a personal level instead of serving only to show how much the community likes something.

While ratings were always common to a gallery chain, favorites were associated with single galleries, meaning that they could point to an older version of a gallery. Favorites are now set for a gallery chain, and will always point to the newest version of the gallery.

Notably, this means that when a previously favorited gallery is updated, it will show up as such on the front/search page, which means that you should be able to keep track of updates much more easily than before.

I went ahead and added another (unrelated) gallery to my favorites to see if the icon not being there in the index is a general issue now, but after I did, both galleries displayed the icon correctly. After removing the just added gallery, the other (the one that was missing the icon before) kept the icon.
So I suppose when a gallery gets updated something with the favorites isn't updated that should be.

I found the problem, it required a minor design adjustment but should be addressed now. Let me know if you're still seeing any weirdness.

Well this is pretty convenient, no more having to re-favorite galleries every time a new page pops in.

So now that my favorites update themselves without warning, how am I supposed to know when this has occurred? Back when I was doing it manually, there was the little red X icon next to the gallery that's been updated which let me know that there was something new out. Now, it just updates "[Artist] Chapter 1" to "[Artist] Chapter 1-2" while maintaining its spot in my favorites and giving me no indication that it has been updated. This is a good way to miss updated works.
