Haven't gotten a single Hath from shrining chickens and I've shrined like at least 15 of them.
I guess they don't "drop" Hath?

They do. It might just be bias from me but they seem to have a different rate of rewards than Artifacts, I've gotten significantly more stat points and ED on average from chickens than with Artifacts. They only give 1 Hath though instead of 2

400 rounds of Grindfest on Hell difficulty, 0 chicken... While I got two from barely 150 on Normal 2 days ago...
Besides this, arenas on normal gave me tons of yellow and green

I do feel like the difficulty doesn't matter THAT much, and that getting the GF chickens is much, much harder.

completely agree. have been grinding GF rounds on norma, hell and nintendo. all together i've done ~1500 rounds and i got an amazing total of 3 chickens. got frustrated and just bought the last one i needed (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
funnily enough, i did some IW for a crude item on pfudor and got 6 chickens in less than 15 minutes. one chicken every 5 rounds more or less.

Weird, I have junk equip and prob use an outdated 2h/shade build in HV while barely ramping up the difficulty, but only have grindfest to go.

Seems merciful almost, not having to pfudor and run after a round or 2, just playing normally and getting them has been great.
