Looks like something from the CC Mighty Mouth family.

I think it's a pretty boring font for a title. It's more suitable as a main text font. If you are willing to spend the time and effort on it, looking for a font that matches the characteristics of the Japanese title's font might be better.

Looks like something from the CC Mighty Mouth family.
