Well it's an weapon that found it's iw way to the ice element.
Being ethereal hence immaterial makes for an "act" more than a "thing".
A lot of overpower in the power ups, so a powerful act.
"Legendary Ethereal Shortsword of the Banshee". Hmm... "of the Banshee"...
