Not currently. The archivers can't see your settings cookie, so it would require some additional work.

Would it be possible to have this thread still show up at the top of the main e-hentai.org home page? Currently it's buried underneath like 5 or so threads so I can't see the changelog without going to the forums instead of seeing it on the main page.

Probably not a significant problem if it took this long to notice, but forcing a defocus would be easy enough. I've made a note about it.
