I often wondered what happened to those guys after Budweiser dropped them. One minute you're on every TV screen in the land, the next you're playing minions in some direct-to-video fantasy flick. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Got to 5th round of Grindfest today, but I only had 100 HP and no MP, so I ran away. Having Cure and Shield totally changes the tactics - I haven't used any other spells today.

I haven't found shield to be very useful. Do we know how much it actually increases defense?

all my hourly battles are on hard, i'd die before i could kill one monster if it weren't for shield (3 monsters)

Reduces the time required to use an item. When you can use items, that is.

What the hell are gale, and pressure system?

Gale is probably just a more powerful Windblast and from what I can tell 5 pt thing that comes after a spell counts 2% per tick towards that Elemental Rating.

I got to round five in Grindfest.

And the highest maximum while in the easiest mode in arena, since it makes more sense with my lower level to do stuff that way.

EDIT: Hey, I just realized that I finally leveled up but I never saw anything that told me I did so. I just noticed that my power had increased and it said level 68 in my sidebar. Where does it tell us when we level up? I didn't notice anything spectacular when it happened.

It says Level Up in the sidebar on HentaiVerse when you go to the next challenge in Grindfest, or back to your character page after you've acquired the requisite amount of experience.

It's not a glorious fanfare like it used to be...

Yet, anyway...
