If you look at this search, there's two results:

If you click through, you can see both have the artist tagged properly. But, if you search by the artist, then the raw gallery disappears:

The artist tag wasn't over 10 power, I fixed that. It probably didn't get added in the first place since the artist is not credited anywhere on the work.

No, the artist tag on the raw is not tagged properly. That tag has a dotted border, which indicates very low power/confidence and means that tag cannot be searched. Therefore, the raw will show up if you search by gallery title, but not when you search by artist tag. I have confirmed the validity of that tag (by checking ci-en) and upvoted it, so it will become searchable very soon.
