Testing the Snowflake Era mid-bosses. Ice seems the weakest of the 4 elements and all appear to be better than just attacking. Note the Attack and each magic is only one shot, except Ice, so the roll of the dice may have significantly affected a damage total.

There's always this:

Ball Lightning blasts Blue Hedgehog for 3321 elec damage.

just do what you should be doing, and build up your elemental proficiency

It's been a few days since I did a battle, only visiting for the new day event, and the first time I saw it I thought I was seeing things. But when did monsters start regenerating magic and for what purpose.

If it was to make it more challenging wouldn't raising the difficulty be more effective. For a lot of monsters it doesn't make much difference, but ever since Green Slimes got on magic steroids their wind attack do more damage.

8 3 Fireball hits Zombie Cow for 90 fire damage.

5 2 Lightning hits Zombie Cow for 240 elec damage.

3 3 Inferno hits Zombie Cow for 84 fire damage.

Green Slime was always somewhat weak to Fire. So, weak, that some people used Fire, instead of the proper Ice attack against it. Although, a lot of lower level players might have the Red Aura for the +30% EXP bonus and the boost to Fire, which can distort outcomes in favor of Fire.

Perhaps the HV Bestiary Wiki should be redesigned to reflect the usefulness of each of the six elements..

Grindfest too, so it's strong against wind the most, then fire, then possibly ice and lightning attacks.
