I'm poor, I don't have credits to do much training so a price reduction isn't going to help me much since I can't do much training anyways.

Am I getting weaker, or are the monsters getting stronger again? I'm having a hard time staying alive in some of the arena challenges recently, but didn't have any problems with them before.

They seem to be getting stronger. Most of my random battles leaves me nearly defeated.
