Is Magic Rating supposed to round up to a higher value at 0.5?
If I follow the equation from the opening post:
Magic Rating: 1 + INT + WIS / 2
with my stats:
1 + 2 + 7 / 2 = 6,5
right?

It was rounded to 7 for me, just letting you know in case that wasn't intended. I only realized when I put my 8th WIS point lol.

Attack Hit Chance is also not affected by the rounding up like that as I have 15 dex and it didn't move me up a point.

Acts as an amplifier. Most likely damage but chance to hit might be affected as well (eg: proficiency)

So there will be no HV-related skills that affect the main site? Those were pretty rare in the old ability trees, but it was nice to have them.

Sorry, but I don't understand what the Action Speed is... Is this speed can help me to escape the hit or for this purposes I need to use Dex (like in Ereality)?

Sorry I only speak english but I think I can explain this to you in terms you can understand. Action Speed is how fast you take to perform an action. If you have a high action speed compared to a monster, you will have several turns before the monster has a turn. However, if the monster has a high action speed compared to you, they can have several turns before or after your turn.

Example (Monster has higher action speed):
- Turn 1 -
Cookie Monster hits you for 20 damage.
You use Fireball on Cookie Monster.
Fireball hits Cookie monster for 40 points of fire damage.
Cookie Monster uses Cookie Cutter.
Cookie Cutter hits you for 50 physical damage.
- Turn 2 -
Cookie Monster hits you for 25 damage.
You hit cookie monster for 40 damage.
Cookie Monster hits you for 25 damage.
You have been defeated.

Example: (You have higher action speed):
- Turn 1 -
You cast Shield
- Turn 2 -
You hit Cookie Monster for 60 damage
Cookie Monster hits you for 10 damage
- Turn 3 -
You hit Cookie Monster for 62 damage
- Turn 4 -
You cast fireball
fireball hits cookie monster for 80 points of fire damage
Cookie Monster uses Cookie Cutter
You dodge the attack

What is the actual calculation for Attack vs. Shield or Magic vs. Barrier? Is it subtracted directly, or just a percentage factor?

I have a pretty END heavy build and I'm not seeing level 1 monsters do 1 damage like they theoretically should.
