(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) well i found a fix/solution to getting a white screen from the gallery and front page of e-hentai.org. i have hughesnet and they gave us this big modem w/ blue lights. upon asking if hughesnet was blocking any sites, namely this one, some ppl suggested turning off/disabling web turbo - only in HN9000 model modems >.<. well after looking in my modem, an HT100 model, and hitting the "I" at the top of the screen i found the advanced settings. and the only thing that looked like a web turbo was "Web Acceleration". supposedly its to make your web faster (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) so, turned it off. and LOW AND BEHOLD I HAD ACCESS TO E-HENTAI AGAIN ALL FEATURES!! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) right now i have no idea what Web Acceleration really does, google didn't help just stuff about packets and servers no lay man's terms or why i should have it on in the first place>.< but i bet this is what was causing alot of other problems too, like flash video's showing a black screen, or flash player install just cutting out all the time. very irritating. i'm so happy i got e-hentai back. and i hope this helps anyone else out. if your getting a white screen see if your router or software has a web accelerator turned on, disabling it might make it work. all right ty guys (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

This is likely linked to Opera Turbo trying to wreck the servers by pinging too fast. Adding this to the wiki's Technical Issues article.

Thank you for sharing this with others and glad this solved your issue. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

EDIT: Sorry I am sorry, misworded that. I meant as an addition to what Opera Turbo already does. (Couldn't resist!)

quite sure he isn't using Opera Turbo. But yeah since web accelerators IPs are used by many people it's not unlikely to have a banned one

"Turn off Opera Turbo" was mentioned multiple times months ago, so starting from that this was not that big of a jump. But at least you fixed it yourself. Good work.

Yeah turbo page causes loads of issues for hugesnet customers. It probably is opera turbo by their description of using a web accelerator proxy.
