For mages, damage perks don't impact clear speed much except in SG arenas.

In most situations LHOH beats LHKD by a lot.
LHKD is slightly better than LHOH only in SG arenas (with correct potencies).

What's about non-imperil?

With non-imperil play, I still think LHOH is better than LHKD for a few reasons:
1. A good LHOH grants a magic score close to that of a good LHKD.
2. CR is important in non-imperil style. With a LHOH you could get 30%+, but with a LHKD the max is merely 20%.
