If you want it then you can just place a bounty for it with rich reward then some genius programmers will make one in few days. But if you use it then you will get banned because it should change the monsters location compared to the web browser version of HV.

I wouldn't count on future changes to HV making fire mage or any specific type of gear more popular. In any case it could be months before the next update. However, there is always demand for Peerless gear. So if you have been unable to sell your gear then perhaps you should lower the asking price.
