Well, I did also mention it in the IRC channel, I can't be arsed to make a new post for every little thing.

I do try to document changes to the best of my ability, though some things inevitably slips past for larger patches. Usually if something was intended as a pure technical change that shouldn't have affected gameplay, but ended up doing so anyway.
