Thanks, but I think you've missed something here. New accounts start at level 0. You can see them all over the forum, especially in the Introductions sub-forum. If Lv.1 is 0 (@ 99), then that means you need more experience than for the next two levels (69 and 94.) I doubt that is correct.

Maybe there's some limitation that keeps HV from starting at Lv.0, so it's 99 for Lv.0+1.

After random encounter which caused me to skip lv 21 the experience counter on the left interface panel was showing -737. If we suppose that it was showing the amount of exp gained in excess of the amount of exp required to reach lv 22 than lv 22 will require 12,687-737=11950. If this will fall in line with other exp values, it is likely to be right value.

Please check my calculations.

I don't know how that happened. That's the total for Level 344, and there aren't any other posts @ 212 from what I can see.
