I think 10B lower the range for some stats. Different suffix give range for every stat?

As i finally ended reading the whole stuff... and take enought shoots of weed... these are the parts i dont get from the update (Anyone answering my questions will have the right to summit his CV to for part of the (dead) FS staff!):

1.-IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE -1 IN MY ABILITY POINTS?

2.- The morning after the update happened, i found my stats reseted (thats not rare) and so start to train them... but here it comes the trouble: why some of my stats were able to go UPPER my current level and other just dont let me raise them over 414 if i have more than enought EXP points to do that?

3.- Old healt potions are already retired... but will they be RETIRED to be obsoletes or DELETED/ERASED from HV in general?

Ad thats it...

It works. It is 50+0.5 per level for now.
But not sure is it a bug or something. You cannot soul fuse the gear that you are currently using.

You will still need to soul fragment the EQ to allow it to scale to your level. No exceptions to this rule for any EQ now.

100 was the initial amount but after much debate (or whining (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)) 10B lowered it to 50 atm. It should work but if it doesn't you have to seek help from 10B then (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Bug report: Untradeable items are not really untradeable

I just bough this from the bazzar, i.e. the "untradeable" status can be exploited by one person selling to the bazaar and another one buying it for 10k credits.

EDIT: Am pretty confident that it is not an equip i salvaged because i salvaged every "level unassigned" item i had two days ago.

Before the patch I already felt like I got weaker every time I leveled and now that's more than just a feeling, its a fact. I've scaled back to normal on everything because I don't want to level and I'm (more than) half-considering never posting again (shut up) so I lose the forum activity bonus. If I could, I'd undo my training exp bonuses in a heartbeat and wouldn't even want a refund. Hell, I'd almost be willing to spend an amount of credits to simply not get exp anymore.

I think you simply bought back something you salvaged (less than 24h ago), that mechanism has been in place for some time.
No bug or exploit involved here.

Agree on the exp lock suggestion. I would never want to earn any exp before finding a decent gear worth soul binding to replace my current one.
And I don't want any exp before getting enough soul fragment to soul bind my equipment.
As I said, a game that make people don't want to level up, that punish people for gaining a level, is ridiculous.
