Those have been sold into the shop by players of that level - e.g. a lvl292 shield would've been sold by a lvl292 player.

Has base cure power been defined somewhere, looked through this but possibly missed it.

My cure was cut from over 11k to 7, can still stay alive most times but definitely more expensive.

Holy EDB no longer gives cure bonus, but supportive prof above your level does.

So... I was looking forward to becoming one of the elites and being able to bid for legendary+ items eventually. Are we now completely prevented from doing so? Level Unassigned gear will run out sooner or later. Are we going to have to rely on whatever potential legendary drops we get? Not everyone has 100 noodly appendages to sacrifice...

In fact, given that items will drop at the current character level, every trophy shrined before level 450 is a waste (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif).

Did you die? Death carries a penalty to item durability now: If you are over level 200, your items' durability will degrade by 10% (not sure if additive or multiplicative). Beyond that, item wear was actually decreased. The degrade rate is half of what it was before the patch; I've confirmed this for myself.

Well shit. I was defeated lie 4 times in GF and one in REs.

I forgot to mention, my HP is currently 1065 (Endurance is at 46) and my "base" HP is somewhere around 600 or so, but when I was using my Lesser AND Greater Health Potions, they only regenerated EIGHTEEN HP PER TURN.

Good thing I went on a siesta a long time ago else I would feel fucked for being so high level with useless armor i couldn't give to anyone.
