Anyway, @Tenboro, the drop rate of Soul Fragment is too low. People can't play for 12 hours everyday you know!
How about changing the drop rate like this: 50% chance for ANY RE (Cleared only in PFUDOR), but the max Soul Fragment one can get per day is 3 at max.

Oh, and how about adding Economizer to Focus staff?

Wouldn't this have been a better system for levelbinding than the current one?

* Equipment drops not with your exact level, but a random level from your level to your level +50% (capped at 500)

* You can equip any equipment with up to twice (+100%) your level, and it will scale as min(EQ level, player level)

* existing equipment with levels will get +25% level up

* existing equipment without levels will get owner level +25% immediately, not when equipped, so no more punishment for actually using your legacy EQ

* treat bindings as a material, not a catalyst, or just get rid of them, making forge upgrades a real option for non-soulbound EQ.

(The actual +50%, +100%, +25% may be too high. I just picked them because they are easy to remember and calculate. Main important things are the +25% is the expected value of the +50%, and the +100% is bigger than the +50%.)

I like so much to hear once again how drop is getting better..
and see how it actually becomes worse every time ^^

I'm thinking you can bring back Tokens of Healing.

Assuming the update was legitimately meant to gate players' easy access to the high tier stuff that drops like rain for high level players and not designed to massively reduce the overall quality and free market value of equipment for everyone, here's my suggestion. Items with potency level 5 or more (or 10 if you really want but I don't see why the game needs to be grind-walled that much) automatically scale to the player's level (even if its base level is higher), items can only be traded with 0 potency (can use void catalyst to trade). All items automatically scale to the player level for the player that rolled it (I guess this clause is unnecessary, but I don't see why level 30 players who get an extremely rare drop aren't entitled to their just rewards).

Players trying to use gear well above their progression level will either be unable to level it or will have to expend serious investment in order to make it through. Players who have reached the "end game" so to speak will have little trouble using each others equipment, but still can't toss them around haphazardly as it requires some time investment to bind.
