It's true, and I expect that you will have good legendary when you get to high level too.

Well, that's not strictly true. You can sell good gear to high level players. This results in the low-level good gear being priced too high for low level players (which is good for the low-level player who is selling, because he gets rich).

What is the alternative? Do you want the low-level good gear to be not-tradeable / not usable by high level players? That means the low-level player who found and sold the gear won't get so much credits for it. But there's a marginally larger number of good gear for the pool of lower-level players to compete for. This is another balance - do you think this is better?

Sorry, I understand that you're frustrated about something, but I don't understand exactly what you're frustrated about, and what you'd want to change. Apart from giving everyone good gear.

since new patch continued my lvl up, i gonna 400lvl anyway.

Should fine equipment even drop on hell mode

But the main problem though isn't whether your gear may be good or not but the item level becoming far lower than your current level

It's pretty easy for levels below 100 to reach 200+ in less than a week
Heck maybe even just a day

The only way for items to stay on your level is by soulbinding them and not many low level players can do that if they don't play HV like their life depends on it

It's impossible for a day but for 2 weeks yes also i don't play much now i just wait for the soul fragments so i can soul fuse 2 of my gear i want to keep even so i still leveled.....

Average drops more often than not on IWBTH. That's what we were just going on about last page.

The average leather gauntlets I just got from IWBTH RE are a prime example.

I'm too used to seeing suffices on things. It bothers me when an item doesn't have one.


Also, I'm starting to think equipment quality should affect the soul fragment cost and level restriction.
Saw this in the bazaar. Its existence helps no one. It's useless to people that can use it, and it can't be equipped to people that would.
