This works for me to, until I was <250lvl, but now I have about 30-40% chance of SF drop on Nintendo(I always play RE at Nintendo in 0.82, earlier i play RE at Battletoads).

I also get 5 SF from 5 RE daily. On Hell. I just do 2 RE then after 8+ hours 3 more RE. Works every time.,

Regarding to the training, is there is any meaning to train Quatermaster? I have notice that the quantity of SF have diminish, but still its good to get a lot during the RE. About one each 2-4 times.

Quartermaster means more equipment, which means more frequent chances of good Mag/Leg equipment, as well as more credits gained when you sell all trash to bazaar.

Quartermaster has nothing to do with Soul Fragment frequency.

^Also easy way to get more forging material for free.

This patch has made anything below Leg virtually garbage tier, case in point Magnificent Cobalt Plate Cuirass of Protection.If 2Pab Mag's are going to be more common than 3Pabs, which has been the case for me can we at least have changes to how Pab' s are rolled so that 1 Pab will always appear first.

So for plate when quality is high enough for a Pab End will be the first available, for power if power protection End, slaughter Str, balance Dex. For Weapons Slaughter Str, Balance Dex (but Str should always be at least second Pab to appear), and so on with all the other equips so that at least the equips below Leg we wont be having to take Exq over Mag because the Mag has the wrong Pab's. This patch was after all supposed to make upgrading our equipment easier not harder....

Mmm... I was thinking... what if someone finds something like a Peerless Zircon Force Shield of Protection... but with something silly like Agi instead of End. By that name you'd think it'd be literally perfect when it would actually have a chance of being only "okay" (assuming player plays battle series where defense is something worth considering). Yea but that's why I said the suffix should also play a factor in determining which comes first, protection on all bar cloth would have End first.

Well I wouldn't give it to him for free, as it is worth a high grade metal and some scrap at least. But 1 high grade metal and its all his.

IRL garbage also has value if it is used for recycling. In this case it is exactly how much teddy.bear values it: if he would recycle salvage it he would receive high-grade metal.

Moreover when IRL electronics is recycled it does not matter how powerful it is, only how much precious metal(s) it contains. In our case it does not matter how powerful it is, only which grade it is. Because it is Magnificent teddy.bear can receive 1 HGM for destroying this piece of equipment. He is willing to send it to you if you give him the same price (actually, he offers you a small discount: you do not have to give him scrap metals).

That means he actually have quite a solid reason to call it a garbage: for him it is worthless as a piece of equipment, he would never equip it. But this game has a reward for recycling your garbage (and keeping DB of equipment smaller). If his garbage is more valuable in your eyes, you are welcome to accept his offer.
