I think I can still make it work.
T1 skill is the same old concussive strike. T2, when used on a stunned target, procs ether drain and coalesced mana on it and four targets surrounding it. T3 is a multitarget (apparently not void) attack with a damage multiplier based on percentage of mp the player has when cast, and spread across the number of targets remaining like frenzied blows.
Worthless if you're rich, but good for the 99%.

Mages don't build OC, especially with the new item system, so even if there were more skills they would likely be ignored, I think.

Also, if you are mage, then you should not get OFC, not only because you won't have the OC for it, but also because it's based on attack damage, not magic damage (and low attack damage = OFC doesn't do enough damage).

I don't remember mages having more skills for a long time, so I was going by that.

Staff skill that converts OC to MP or else burns OC to get Channeling.

At that +200 level, I still would not have enough for OFC had I not bought them. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) 18 figurines have dropped for me, ever, of which around 6 are duplicates, so I'd still need 9 more uniques.

So yeah, just go buy them from WTS. No need to force yourself to play self-found unless you're a masochist.
