QUOTE(Nyvil @ May 31 2015, 17:50) I think someone (or you maybe?) have said this before, but that makes the only way to change style is to buy (warrior/mage) gears that suit you level, which is extremely hard in this patch
I have suggested to add a drop favor option to choose what you what, just like shrining. So far, We need more data from low-level player (350- I think) to show if it is nesscery.

Always considered gameplay sort've a challenge from the coder to the player, y'know? "Think you're good??!? Try THIS!" You know, an honorable thing between two, like a bar bet or a dare. So any 'cheats' are verboten.
Okay, fair enough - challenge accepted. But HV 'Patches' seems like changing the rules in mid-bet. Okay, fine.... I'll still try - do your worst.
Well, Damn. Since last 'patch' -- (Patch? What exactly got fixed? lol) -- playing with no scripts/hacks/cheats/Hath Perks is a RPITFA.
*sigh* Sometimes it's hard being an honorable perv.

QUOTE(helno @ May 30 2015, 23:42) Upgrade to 0.82 he said, it will allow everyone to find meaningful upgrades he said... Anyone can claim that this is true yet? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) QUOTE(CronoBoA @ May 31 2015, 18:55) Legendary Ruby Power Armor of SlaughterJACKPOT! My fifth Legendary drop ever and the second one to upgrade my main equipment set! This was a random drop (not arena clear bonus) from a PFUDOR Dance With Dragons. Before patch 0.82, I was only able to play on IWBTH and found a grand total of zero legendaries. Two weeks into patch 0.82, I am doing everything on PFUDOR and have found five legendaries, one meaningful upgrade, and two acceptable upgrades. I give this patch a 10Boro/10. Would BAHARIMAX again.

QUOTE(gc00018 @ Jun 1 2015, 01:44) I think a system to drop the things which suits our styles will work.
No plate for mages and no staff for warriors.
at least more chance to update staff

As someone who is under 350, I have to say that it is quite difficult even before the patch (ever since the patch that forced you to specialize, aka the new mastery slot and skill system) to switch from one playstyle to another. Before it was simply that you don't really have enough slots to really be good at multiple categories. Now, in addition to that, it is harder to get good gear. I have to say that the most balanced idea I've heard so far is to have the gear unset upon drop and have it set only at equip, which would allow for trading.

I had this idea for a feature at the Shrine. Basically, you offer a credit donation to Snowflake in exchange for a buff that lasts for 6-12 hours. The credit donation is small, no more than 5k ~ 10k. The buff would bias equipment drops towards a certain category of equipment that you select beforehand. The categories available for selection could include Mage (staff and cloth armor), Light (One-handed weapons and shields, and light armor), and Heavy (Two-handed weapons and heavy armor), or however Tenboro decides to split them up. This would enable players to find more equipment that is relevant to them, and would introduce a daily credit sink to the game, because everyone loves credit sinks. Alternatively, instead of a credit sink, players could simply redeem a rare-ish item that can't be traded (custom monster trophies!) to acquire the buff.

QUOTE(tetron @ May 19 2015, 18:00) But, but, we need to play HV if we want to download. Not everyone has enough net speed or can leave PC 24/7 for H@H.
Kind of agree, the reason I started trying HV (before end up enjoying it) is because I need the credit for downloading xD

Has the date for when the data for potions will be deleted been announced yet? I want to make sure I sell all of them by then, but I don't want to sell them too early.

Sounds good enough... maybe donate trophies to gain certain drop buff is another option.

Instead of spending countless hours on HV, you could work for 2 hours in a min-salary job, earn 20$, rent a VPS for a year, spend 2 hours to set up H@H on that VPS, sell hath, buy GP, you will never have to care about credit for downloading again It's not gonna make you a rich HV player though. Hath price is being driven down due to credit sinks

Check sites like [ lowendbox.com] this. It should not be difficult to find a decent offer.

I do want to add more hath perks around the 500-1000 hath range, but I don't want to lock down actual functionality behind a "paywall" unless it's necessary. It's a difficult balance to come up with perks that are useful without necessarily being must-have.

May be he has simply forgotten which perks have been suggested. How about making a list of the suggestions and take a user pole? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
