The only consolation is that gear ranges are now higher, so old gear can't be quite as valuable as 0.82 Lmax would be.
(10+Level+WIS) is also Base Magic under Base Vitals on the Character page, so you can substitute that.
According to the description, Max Better Mana Pots increases Potion effectiveness from 50% to 75%, and increases Draught and Elixir duration by 50%. Meaning Mana Draughts are actually always 2% of Potion effectiveness.
My base magic is 1593, so my replenishments are:
Mana Potion: round[1593*(0.5+0.05*5),0] = 1195 Mana Draught: round[1593*(0.5+0.05*5)*0.02,0] = 24
The same numbers I reported earlier. Without any Better Mana Pots, the log says I get 797 from Potions and 16 from Draughts
Mana Potion: round[1593*(0.5+0.05*0),0] = 797 Mana Draught: round[1593*(0.5+0.05*0)*0.02,0] = 16 And using 2 Better Mana Pot Levels, the log reads 956 and 19.
Mana Potion: round[1593*(0.5+0.05*2),0] = 956 Mana Draught: round[1593*(0.5+0.05*2)*0.02,0] = 19 TLDR; So there you go everyone, increasing your MP replenishment is just Better Pots, Level, and effective WIS. Better Mana Pots increases Mana Potion effectiveness from 50% to 75%, and Mana Draughts replenishment per turn are 2% of Potion effectiveness (Elixirs probably the same.) Wiki is dated for other things too, like HP/MP/SP totals:

Cloth_MP_Tank multiplier is a piecewise function [0] tanks = [0] bonus [1-5] tanks = [0.05-0.09] bonus [6-7] tanks = [0.095-0.10] bonus I don't care enough to do HP and SP, but they are mostly similar.

You can use Ether Theft regardless of what type of mage you are. It's powerful enough that it enables me to clear all three schoolgirl marathons on the highest difficulty without using a single Mana Draught or Potion, which is tremendous when it comes to sustaining them.
It would be incredible if Ether and Spirit Theft (which is actually useless now) were uncoupled from holy and dark.

If ranges are still remotely like they were in 0.81 - the entire Superior range is very large, and the range of Mmax - Lmax now is also pretty large (not only due to Lmax = Peerless) - but the Smax-Emax range is relatively small, as is Emax-Mmax.
So maybe while L gear is now likely to have M to L stats, it's much less likely for M gear to have E-M stats, for instance. Maybe. Just an idea.

True... but dunno a level 200 guy is gonna buy stuff from a level 400 dude... he still has 150Lvls to go... and bet he wont be waiting till then to use what he/se bought... by then maybe another piece would be in his/her hands... so... Yes, what I meant is that I think mana draughts and pots are insufficient to sustain holy/dark mp consumption, so it becomes necessary to use theft/tap/focus.
- Repairs no longer require a catalyst. A larger amount of scrap is instead required. Rather than having distinct tiers, the amount of scrap now depends directly on the quality of the item. -- On average, the scrap-value equivalent cost for a full repair are significantly lower than before. It is slightly higher with a q between 0.78-0.84 (worst case +17) and between 0.95-0.98 (worst case +12), and slightly to significantly lower at all other quality ranges (best case -55).
Others have asked if there's a way to calculate it so that repair costs can also be calculated exactly. One might be able to collect a few thousand pieces of equipment and look at base rolls and repair costs, and guess at an equation for quality, and from that try to correlate quality to repair costs... but that would require quite a lot of time and statistical smarts.

I equipped Legendary Shade Helmet @ LVL 160, now It's shittier than supperiors =( And to bind it, I need almost 100 soul fragments (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (which is another 2kk credits (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) ) + all good gear, I need to buy new one, just to be able to lvl up faster (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Hopefully, today I will be able to equip Legendary breasplate with soulbinding (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Yes, it may be just 'unlucky roll'... Tenboro, create a Peelress and 1000 Legendary Power Slaugher, and compare max/min/average adb with pre-patch equip's.

i agree this, i can't find Mag Power slaughter's adb mmax, even emax,,, Tenboro, you could say just "unlucky roll", but relatively phase & shade has all good stats, power slaughter has good stats but adb,

I'm not even sure if you can actually get
L-max ADB Legendary rapier of slaughter under this patch.
People are getting less than M-max -slaughter ADB items so far. (Often less than an e-max)
i agree this too... most of all staff has P+ all stats include ade base, but i can't find leg rapier of slaughter over P+ adb.(i know another stats L+)
All potencies give roughly 2% bonus per potency level (then scaled according to player's level) except for mitigation potencies which give 4 base points. Economizer gives 5% mana conservation per level.
Is it now "equipment level" instead, or does potency escape this scaling?
