Normal also drop Legendary AFAIK.
I think 10B only increase the minimum drop quality by difficulty as the old patch. The major different is that it was applied to separate rolls in the past; and now it only applied to quality tier.

Didn't somone get a peerless on normal?

I remember reading it on one of the equipment thread from memory.

Think I found it:

Peerless Onyx Power Leggings of Warding from FSM, Normal difficulty.

I'm not impressed. Sure, it's high quality. I don't have the scrap metal needed to use it long-term, and it's going to take years to get the hath perks to reduce equipment wear.

Heh, that's a funny little bug you found there. Should be patched now, and the buggy equipment removed.
Of course I had a sanity check for that. Nothing is ever supposed to add negative exp. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Imagine if you started off as a new character, did a crude IW and immediately jumped to MAXINT-1 exp.

Right. Forging WIS would add fractions of a % per forge level, while RR and the gold star combined would add 100%.

I guess that forging WIS might work, but RR would be cheaper for the effect.
