Well, they did a long-ass (=years) time ago. But I don't see anyone still using older shield variants, since they were revamped with better stats overall when they lost a PAB. They never dropped with 4 PABs since they were revamped, and they still won't now.

At least until/unless something fundamental changes with shields/blocking.

It seems now Shields have changed PABs, they give Agility instead of Endurace. Instead of giving the usual Strength, Dexterity & Endurance, they pick randomly three out of four PABs.
I didn't see anything about it on patch notes or tweaks updates.
Is this a bug or intended?

Another awesome Arena drop at PFUDOR difficulty.
Seems to me arenas are only good for grinding credits and tokens.
Haven't got a single good drop in arenas since the new patch.

I got a couple of EX/Mag drops. Two examples: one, two.

I had 2 different 50+ round gaps doing about 275 rounds of PFUDOR fest yesterday.

My recent runs through Trio and Tree went similarly.

There is also the expression that three points make a line. My first time trying PFUDOR DwD I got a crap Legendary for the clear; the next time was a crap Magnificent; and today was the third time and I got a crap exquisite. I am now expecting to a get superior grade if I ever try that arena again.

Something tells me I'm not the only one...

Just a thing I noticed, but we can't set the same recovery item to multiple slots (I.E. can't set a Health Drought to two slots so I can use two of them in battle), is that a thing now, or just a flub-up?

2 Mag in a single arena, even DwD, isn't bad. Unfortunate that they're leather, but that's just RNG.

As I said elsewhere - I think equipment drops (for high-level players) are not in a bad place right now. Looking at the equipment threads, a surprising number of people have been finding good gear in the past week, for Phase at least. They seem to be much higher than 0.81 rates - in 0.81, this many people finding this many legendaries (in a week) probably would have been quite out of the ordinary. Maybe it's even too much now. I don't have the stats, but that's the feeling I'm getting.

The difference is that players are used to getting drops mostly from arenas/grind, whereas now the highest likelihood of finding something nice is from RE. Of course, not everyone plays many REs, and those who do may not get lucky, and will then complain, but it's only been a week. People may learn, and drops may normalize.

Now, whether "more REs, less grind, less arena" is good or not is a different question, independent of overall equipment quality.
