A 12-pack of chilled, refreshing Soul Fragments?

Another issue I've found is that with the new system, pack rat just isn't really that useful anymore.
Would it be possible to get another training that reduces the cooldowns?

What I find funny, actually absolutely fucking hilarious, is the fact we have now gone full circle, except this time there is a way to long items to your level.
Way way way back when the drop system was similar to now, how equips drop and they are your level. Back then, you could Item World equips to keep them at your level, 1-3 levels per item world, and only once a day. This new system with fragments is much superior in all regards, especially if you add in the fact that the drop quality is much higher then back then (except for a few stats still not being rolled quite right yet).
If we had gone straight from that system to this one, there would have been rejoicing, but alas, we have been spoiled with the unlocked equipment that is still floating around. Still, the market will revitalize once people are used to it and soulbinding restrictions loosen up. Just going to be painful for now.

I'm pretty sure it was 24 before, but the wiki table says 23. And if you use the actual equation, it should be 24. So obviously something changed.

Nope. Back then you could equip things that were lower level than you and it would scale down AND you could level it up more so the base increase a bit (maybe, I don't remember that last part too well)

nope, even if people went from that system, people would still whine about the significant cost to keep their gears relevant. 1m back then was a pretty big deal. Exp gain was a lot lower too, so outdated gear isn't as much of an issue (iirc, level 300 used to be a massive achievement) This post has been edited by holy_demon: May 23 2015, 04:55

I just shrine 500 artifacts. Here's the result:
90 ED 103 Elixir 87x2 Hath 220k Crystal
Compared to pre-patch shrine result
99 ED 64 Elixir 50 Pill 93x2 Hath 194k Crystal
So basically Happy Pill is turned into Last Elixir?

Not to mention that, if you were below level 100, grinding was virtually impossible as your only source of healing was from Health pots. Not to mention that all the subbosses had a high chance of killing you in a single attack, and you would actually lose credits if you failed an arena run.
