My desktop computer: Arch Linux and Windows 7.
Windows 7 is used exclusively for gaming, Arch for everything else.

My thinkpad: Arch Linux and Windows 8.
I figured I'd try Windows 8 out, but I didn't like it and never got around to removing it.

My server: Arch Linux

After I started getting used to Linux, I just gravitated towards Arch because of how easy it was to set up from a bare install with only the things I wanted on it.

Running OSX 10.8.2 and Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on the same machine, probably going to throw a linux partition on there some day, but I'm not sure which.

I changed to windows 8 and I really like it, as long as you get rid of all the pre installed crap.

Windows 8 64bit. I'm waiting for the day that I can view gifs in Windows Photo Viewer. It's so freaking annoying...
Otherwise, I've pretty much gotten used to it.

Though i will switch to GNU/Linux (probably Arch or Gentoo) as soon as i get a new video card which works properly with FLOSS drivers and Dual/Triple-head. (so not a nvidia xD).

Server: Arch Linux (Xen Dom0)
Ubuntu Server 10.04 (Xen DomU, as build server for android only, i hate Ubuntu)
I love rolling release distributions. Never had any problems with stability or such things, though administrative work may be a bit more.
