More of an experiment, than anything. I want to determine if the video lag I've been getting on my Firefox in Vista is a hardware related issue or a software related issue. It doesn't seem to be the browser... Chrome did the same thing, so I'm assuming the bloat of Vista on my low amount of RAM is doing it.

Is this lag from flash format videos, like youtube and to that liking?

Vista isn't as bad as people made it seem. Then again, most people are retarded, and when one of them forms an opinion, many others will associate with it regardless of their experiences.

This is quite true. Although it has it's problems (like any other OS system), it's really not that bad. The only issues I have is that rar. files aren't supported on here and I need to fuck around with trying to get winrar to install certain things on here. A minor nuisance, but nothing I'm going to condemn Vista for.

Anything that streams, Vimeo, Youtube, hulu, [as].com...

It's not long, but long enough to be annoying and noticeable.

Win 7 ultimate, though I still from time to time go back to my XP partition. I've got like, 2 TB of stuff to sort out on it :v

Hackintosh'd my laptop and netbook to impress my colleagues at uni. Not much productivity though.

I'm using windows 7 ultimate with a XP partition. The xp is for disc mounting. I don't want to risk killing the main OS.

Gentoo Linux. I've been using Gentoo for quite a number of years now and no matter how many times I try migrating to a different OS, I keep turning back...
