MacOS 10.10, though I plan to upgrade pretty much has soon as the new OS becomes available. Windows 7 via virtualization when needed; don't plan to try Windows 10 until I get a new machine with SSD.

Win 7 because it doesn't have the ram bug and it can use newer GPUs. If not I would've stuck with XP because it has less bugs with eroge.

I'm running an unactivated (illegal) copy of Win10 right now on my MBP. I like OS X, but I also like to keep abreast of developments on other platforms in case Apple decides to lock things down more than I'd like, which seems to be their current direction.
