I've been using Debian for nearly a year now. My only complaint is outdated development libraries. Building everyday utilities like clang and vim plugin dependancies was a bit of a hassle at first, but I haven't been met with any packages that didn't work fine straight from the package manager for a while now.

Win 8. Reluctantly upgraded from 7, but was pleasantly surprised.

Gentoo Linux. The install on my laptop is from 2006, I just keep putting the drive into new laptops every few years.

Been using linux full time since high school.

Still on XP SP3. Which will be my OS of choice for the forseeable future. I suppose eventually I'll be forced away, but it works fine with ssds, quad cores and modern video cards. I don't feel I'm missing out much on the handful of games that require Vista+
Even then, I'll dual boot.
