I'm still and always poor in HV (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

in my version of HV Stat it says:

Attack Speed: P+13.8
Attack Accuracy: P+4.8
Parry Chance: P+7.3

But what are the actual values? Are they also lower?

Here is what my version says:

I have max all 4 drop training but have only got 1 Leg crap in the past two months. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)
Backed to fully inactive now.

I got a Leg yesterday. Leather again. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

At this point, Mag drops are the best drops (Read "not trolly") for self use.
