I almost bought this one too, but settled with the higher parry of the Fiery one (seems like someone else got it later):

Not very useful for me at the moment, but at Bazaar prices it's better to buy them just in case I want to use them later.

That's why I picked it up instead of the Shocking one. 29.84 base parry isn't too bad when the Peerless one in the lottery at the moment is 30.53. At least worth the ~15k I paid for it if I want to try out DW or Niten at some point.

Now if I only got some Legendary drops of my own (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) I haven't had one for over two weeks (or 12 levels) even though I switched to PFUDOR for all Arenas too.
