cold strike isn't so bad on its own. personally i think that what ruined that IW is Butcher 3 - you don't need it on an offhand. if not Overpower, Swift 4 may still have been better than But3 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

That's true, I've always been saying that the perfect IW for a WAkizashi is Swift Strike 4 / Fatality 5, but when your first IW starts with Butcher1/Butcher2 and you're left with 1 Amnesia Shard, you don't have much choice...

And of course, just as this Wakizashi drops, I see the new Weapon Lottery...

I think I bid over 10k tickets once. Don't remember if it was one of the lotteries I won though.
