Can't tell if it's good or bad, the HV Equipment Comparison script isn't working for most 0.82 items for some reason...

This is my second post-patch Random Encounter Legendary, a Legendary Shielding Plate Gauntlet of Warding. When I do a mouseover it shows a block chance of Peerless Max + 0.3?! Slashing is L Max + 0.29 and Piercing is L Max + 0.18.

So close to being exceptional.... but warding.

Very nearly all my high quality equips have come from REs. In arenas it's almost strictly average quality gear with a sprinkling of superior.

patch 0.82 implies a new ranges for many rolls. 0.81 database (and prior), such like the one used by comparison script is obsolete
