Yup, there are collectors of cotton armors such as esheep, q1z2x3, jacksonville, Evil Scorpio, animeai, erik07241983, dsax, etc; however, most of them (if not all) only collects obsolete cotton armors (like this one: Legendary Cotton Shoes of Protection). I'm not 100% sure but I guess ST-Ru collects something as well, might also including cotton armors.
