Legendary Shocking Shortsword of Balance (level 320) isekai

Basara's pants was the first armor in the last three seasons for me that did not get Juggernaut so the He-Man power wore off. However then I got my third isekai Legendary Shocking Shortsword of Balance from a noodle, which is exactly He-Man's weapon.

I don't have any good rapier this season so I was going to have to actually use it, but the stats were rolled bad so I think both of my Exquisite Ethereal Wakizashis are better.
