Damn, if my current helm wasn't soulbound and IW10'd, would change it out. The rolls on the Jade Power Helm are pretty nuts. I think that's the highest overall % I've ever gotten on a Legendary. Average is 76.85% excluding Burden/Interference. Lowest roll is 42%, highest is 100%, with 5 stats at/over 90%. Welp, to the auction I guess. Gotta get all Legendaries and get Daemon Duality before I worry about smallish upgrades lol. Fuck, wish I found that first, lol.
