Got my second radiant heimdall from the shrine. The first drop I got 7 years ago and it was a cap with low stats.
They are pretty rare drops. I also got a Peerless yesterday from a RE. Its a 1 core cotton thou. I'll mooglemail it to the first person who asks for it. I don't really need any more cores.
