Only if the player who (eventually) drops that peerless also use scripts and has enabled the connection with the database to send new data to it. No one is manually updating that DB, even if there are Peerlesses around with the necessary data.

Also, Peerlesses dropped from Lottery do not contribute to thsat DB, AFAIK.

If you want to compare it with a Peerless Reinforced Leather Leggings of Deflection, there was one dropped in Lottery; just look for 11 June 2020, you'll see yours is nothing exceptional, not even one stat reaches 100% of max.
